I think it's the base mix that's high vg. The vapinghardware calculator will only work with individual pg and vg ingredients.
To get your desired ratios, use the calculator and the results will show that you will need to add only 2ml of pg to the 250ml mix which you can ignore as you dont have separate pg.
Your pg is being added by your nic and flavour.. You will end up with very nearly 70/30
To be honest the OP is not to clear. I read it as he stated, it being a base mix which I'm guessing is pgvg. Would be even stranger if it was flavour base. In both cases tho it's a very strange ratio of base whatever it is.If this is the case and the OP thinks 93/7 is a high vg base mix, I can only assume he has perhaps been buying say 70/30 vg/pg base mix in the past....therefore his previous mixes have all been nowhere near 70/30 final mix...and has more problems than he first thought.

I calculated it from what his requirements were. I could of totally misunderstood tho.
Hopefully we can get a little more clarification so as to what he's been doing in the past etc.You are probably right........Im just thinking he's no been vaping 70/30 vg/pg like ever.... if he thinks 93% vg base is a high starting point
Cheers @RAPTOREX , I amended my calculator to allow for this. There are some vendors selling 70-30 and 80-20 Nic shots.

These are not recommendations to buy. They're simply examples. But they may help,
