i have a valporesso armour pro , which mod would be a good upgrade?

Ok a proper ulrtmate upgrade would be a DNA chipped device. Vaporesso are pretty decent mods i have and like the Armor but get a DNA 250c . Fully customiseable Replay feature is the dogs doodahs. Yes it will cost you more than a mid price mod but it is worth it. The Dovpo Odin is a duel 21700 device if you are looking for longer vaping time. My next DNA will be the Lost vape centaurus i have 3 Paranormals which some versions you can change the plates or get customized plates made.
Most folks will give you upto date mods as a suggestion, you could just pick up an original voopoo drag for about £20 if you want something that works well for the price tag. But as said the ultimate upgrade is a DNA colour screen mod because it will work correctly in tc mode. it has replay function which saves faffing about and it can be used with even Kanthal wire. you can put your own screen saver, whatever you want in your onscreen you can have ie if you don't want voltage displayed you can remove or change it to show something else

@crustyfolker DNA is mainly good for TC or that's where it is supposed to shine, problem is nobody does TC or very few do. I have been thinking of trying it for a while but never got round to it, once you start DTL on wattage mode there isn't much left.

DNA is not just about TC it's about power delivery, efficiency, reliability and guarantee plus the endless customisation of the chip

DNA are next level. Customisation of everything from screen layouts to creating profiles for any wire type, power modes & idiot proof TC with Replay. As long as the inner core is temperature capable you just set watts, find the perfect vape & hit Replay. It will continue to replicate that hit until you cancel it & will prevent dry hits. DNA C mods mean you don't need to rely on Escribe to edit profiles, all done on the mod & you don't need a science degree (looking at you Yihi [emoji848]).

I believe it's a good chip, i am the first to admit i don't know nothing about vaping except what i have learnt from you guys on here and other stuff i have looked up. I do constantly read that the DNA isn't used to it's full potential which tells me it's capable of bigger and better things, but mostly from what i have read it's mostly or highly associated with TC. It sounds like i am trying to put it down but i honestly am not. Like i say, i don't know enough to say if it's good or bad so in that case i don't try to judge it. If i use something and i don't like it then i will slag it down to hell. In all honesty i must of been lucky or had good advice because nothing i have bought has been rubbish, except some Diamond Mist Bubblegum E-Liquid

This is what the forum is for and about, folks with knowledge helping others is part of it, as @mattyk2010 and @nwhornet mentioned its not all about TC, the replay feature is as said idiot proof. The boards efficiency is superb imagine that your batteries will safely discharge down to 2.8v rather than 3.2v or about 3.5v with a Yihi chip. Giving you more vapetime. imagine vaping away and you think that last pull is what i want everytime, Your getting annoyed with 0.1 watt increments you want 0.5 watts, Yess all of this and more is achievable on a DNAc chip. you can alter it all and more. Back to Replay you can use it in wattage mode. The chip calculates all sorts as you take a vape, if you choose to replay that last vape select replay and it will then say playing and that is it.

Talking about yihi... throws parasitic drain into the mix. Pile of junk and I'd never entertain one.

I find most of the people who decry TC just haven't taken the time to master it.
