I've been using this forum as a reference point for a while now and finally decided to join.

So, I've been vaping on-and-off for around two years now. I really wanted to kick the cigarettes as I'm a very active person but I honestly thought they'd end me before I ended them. Started off using a simple e-cig pen type thing and progressed onto clearomisers and then tanks. Problem was that nothing seemed to give me that 'hit'. Yeah, the juices tasted nice and even smelt great but something was missing...

Recently I've taken the plunge and delved into RDAs and building. This has changed everything for me. So much more immersive and vaping is becoming a hobby.

Managed to get down to mostly 3mg liquids so I've got a renewed confidence and I can honestly say that the morning cigarette is the only one I'm having to fight.

That's more than enough of my rambling!

You can get over needing any cigarettes - so long as you are getting enough nic it’s only a psychological ‘habit’ that is tricking you. You can break a psychological habit in only 21 days if you just desist for that period. Then you won’t feel any need/ desire to smoke.
 
= you just need to not smoke any for at least 21days then your mind will realise that they are completely unnecessary.
