Thanks @Rob nice break down of the differences, the main thing that puts me off the idea of the mosfet is nearly every time I seen problems it seems to be the mosfet.
Other than that the main difference seems to be if you like a clicky, lighter touch button or not.
The way people seem to go mad over how great the mosfet is always made me wonder if there was more of a difference than that but it seems not just personal preference I guess just like everything vape related!

@andy3434 The failure on Carol's turned out to be due to a solder joint going "dry". But Dejan bless him, replaced everything anyway.
Failures are rare, but frustrating for all of that.
