I also sent them an email and received this reply, which is rather different:

We recommend mixing anywhere from 15-35% flavoring based on your preference. I personally like to mix at about 20% but it's always good to start low, allow steeping time, then add more flavoring in small quantities to your liking. I hope this information has been helpful and please let us know if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns.

Not that strong then methinks, although I still may get some and mix them at 25% to start with.

Right, mixed up everything at 20%. Hawk sauce is pretty decent at 20, but I would reccomend mixing at 25-30. Tastes like wild berry Smints to me.

Edit: I'm a twat, I turned down the watts to dry burn and forgot to turn them back up again. The flavour is great, ignore the previous post.

I don't steep anything, and 20% as always. I do feel the menthol overpowers the fruits in it a little bit though.

Well my concentrates turned up today and I'll mix them over the next few days. Since my tongue died months ago, I'm whacking the whole lot in 30ml bottles, so 33.3%, but I'll give mine a weeks steep, then we'll see.

I'll keep my eye on Raging's posts over the next few days though, cheers for being the guinea pig mate.

Well my concentrates turned up today and I'll mix them over the next few days. Since my tongue died months ago, I'm whacking the whole lot in 30ml bottles, so 33.3%, but I'll give mine a weeks steep, then we'll see.

33 will be crazy strong I reckon. And I wouldn't bother steeping it, up to you though.

Trust me, I've just tried my DIY Afro Dizziac at 33.3% (T Juice recommend 15%) and it's not too strong for me mate and if it is too strong, I'll decant it to a 50ml bottle and add some PG/VG, can't see it though.

I must admit, it is quite strong mate, plenty of flavour from my newly built Erlprinz, not sure if I'll be a fan, but I'll give it a go.

Thug Juice nice strong taste and throat hit. Liking this.

Moo Juice not sure about this one an almost butter taste and not much strawberry. Not sure upping the concentration is going to help much

Freckled Lemonade nice not to sweet/sharp lemonade maybe a hint of berry. 20% next batch.
