Alun Cairns, Conservative MP for Vale of Glamorgan, says he is happy to support the campaign for ecigs but can not represent us because we are not his constituents. (He has, however, kindly passed on our message to the relevant MEPs.) Anyone live in the Vale of Glamorgan?
