MrKraken is fast becoming a favourite vendor. I've 'known' Jim for a few years via the forums and of course when he was a Vapourmist with Roadhoguk

I was pleased when I saw that he had joined POTV and was setting up as a vendor.

Ive watched his interactions on the forum both as a vendor as a member and he has confirmed his 'top bloke' status IMO

On top of that I've just received the SMOK Magneto with super fast delivery, a personal note and a gift for my 'generosity' in using the JUMPANDY discount code (which adds 5%) to AndyC1971 s fund for charity.

Above and beyond my friend. Vape on! (Cracking mod btw, looks great with the Kayfun lite and works off the bat)

Experience No. 1

I saw his post for preorder of Protank 2, I 'ignored it' though I wanted one, and when they turned up, I squawked that I wanted one, but they were out of stock. He advised me that he would let me have one of his own personal ones, and when I couldnt order it on his site, he raised me a personal PayPal invoice, and even added the discount. Now this was awesome, but was I happy, Nooooooo.......I wanted an airflow controller too!! So I added the difference in price and paid. Before I could message to say what I had done, I received a nice PM stating that I paid too much. I then explained what I had done. This was late on Tuesday night.

Thursday morning, it was here, along with a sample liquid that he is considering selling. 101% amazing service, and nothing was too much trouble, although I was the customer from hell.

Experience No. 2

Watching Saturday Shenanigans, I saw this 'fruitcake' sitting there with a tin foil hat on, making himself look a fool, along with Kraken Jr, and had me in stitches from start to finish, and that is rare, yep....it was Mr Kraken

Received a PM after I posted about doing this skydive for charity, stating that he would like to offer a special discount and would post it on his news and everywhere else. Now I was completely overwhelmed with this, as he has no need to and has gone way beyond the call of duty. Not satisfied with this, he also donated an amazing amount. Now words really cant express my feelings or thoughts towards him not only as a vendor but as a human being.

I have zero qualms in recommending him as a vendor, and he is my mainstay for any vaping equipment from now on, safe in the knowledge I will get awesome service on the best products the market has to offer.

'Top Bloke' status does not cut it in my eyes, try legendary.

I'd just like to add my two pennies worth!!

I placed an order with MrKraken and wanted to order Capella Sugar Cookie concentrate but it wouldn't come up to select on the site. Spoke to MrKraken and he said he was out of stock. I ordered other bits anyway and they arrived the next day, with a bottle of Sugar Cookie, from his own personal supply!! That is above and beyond in my book.

Today I've just taken delivery of a Protank II, a Smok Pipe Mod, 2 x Efests and bottles of Squid Ink and Red Lady juices!! And I'll be ordering again from him in future.

I wish I was able to review juices, but I'm not eloquent enough.... however, Squid Ink is a fantastic mix of fruit juices and I can't recommend it enough to fruit juice lovers. I can't wait to try Red Lady, but am saving that surprise for another day!!
