What's new

My first big Nicbase order...

Just been checking tracking. What do you think this means?

Further Detail:
A clearance other than standard Customs entry is required for this shipment.

Next Step:
Further processing will occur as instructed by the regulatory authority. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if further information is required

Did anyone else have that?

It means China customs are checking the paperwork matches before export essentially - or they are just putting it to one side while they nip off for some green tea

That was quick, thanks. :)

No problem, I guess you are using DHL for your delivery in which case you can set up email or sms notifications. I tend to do this for all my deliveries so I know when there has been a delay, released and out for delivery

I am using DHL yeah. I think I'll set it up for notifications.

youll get a lot! After this one it will leave that centre arrive at another, be shipped, then updated next day to be in the UK, go through their customs, leave there, arrive in midlands, leave there, arrive at your local (manchester probably) and could be delivered same day if it reaches Manchester before about 6 am :)

clint. I just spoke to one of my suppliers over that direction, they said that DHL do not carry eliquid or nicotine base - it is against their T&C. When they ship out they only use FedEX as they do not have a problem with it.

I wonder if the package is marked as one thing (not nic base) and because of this DHL stop and check the paperwork for orders they know are likely to contain base or liquids?

And now I'm worried again. To be honest tho, the seller shouldn't have dhl as a delivery option if it goes against their t&c's. We'll just have to wait and see what happens and if I make another purchase I'll try the fed ex option next time.

Do not worry mate mine said the same it's marked vg anyway and is sealed with some kind of silicone sealer so they won't be able to open it! Dhl no worries
