I'm as well doing something it gets me outta the house - it was just brutal today felt my back going again and just had to come up the road. it's just something inside me I never think i'm doing enough.

But you have done absolutely loads so far - and never forget that!

There will be time to do more Ninj, but FGS, go and take a hot bath, apply heat-packs (or ice packs if that helps more) and take some pain-killers (if it's muscular then use Ibuprofen, and if it's skeletal then use co-codamol - if you can take it and have no allergies to either!) then settle down with your favourite vape and relax for a wee bit, you deserve it. I know it's awful to be stuck in, but it will only be short term and you need to relax or the stress of worrying will make your back worse.

THAT is amazing! The UK is over 11,000 signatures so far and I reckon most of them are down to you! I believe you send the signature sheets direct to EFVI and they add them too btw!

im just gonna put the info online myself the efvi said thats ok as long as I destroy the sheets afterwards so theyll be in the firing barrel round my father in laws house.
I did notice its started going up since I've been doing this I always wonder if it was partly me that's done it
