Could be a 'legal high', they're coming down hard on those at the moment.

Just seen this elsewhere. Highly likely to be a so called legal high. We have a similar shop in Norwich called Head in the Clouds which also dabbles with a few ecigs. I wouldn't jump to conclusions....but we all know the press

Yeah, it's just that they mention e cigs straight away. The only comment seems to be blaming them too!
