I was in the one in Athlecks Palace in Manchester a couple of weeks ago .. its mega bucks in there as well.

TBH Athlecks has better stalls than Cyberdog

I used to love it in there, same as the Oasis in Birmingham and the Rag Market before they both went rubbish. Oasis is terrible these days, half of it was empty the last time I went in :(
 
Athlecks aint what it used to be .. still pretty good tho
 
ahhh cyberdog....

Man I miss Camden. It's so far the only place I've found in the world where I can walk down the road and not look out of place.

I always wanted to go oop Norf to visit Gatecrasher GodsKitchen etc. I was a regular at Bagleys and Camden palace for a long time as well as DTPM at Fabric. Lisa Lashes, Lisa Pin UP, Ariel, Tidy boys ...

Bagleys, god I haven't heard that name for a while!

I was always on the harder end of that scene really - if you were REALLY after the hardest, dirtiest hh music you could find, you went to FIST :D Not many were brave enough, because it was what it sounds like it would be :P
 
Afflecks is where I used to shop rather than London and I knew the owners of CyberDog there as well as many of the other 'alt' shop owners I used to buy from. I agree with the quality and range though @man_d / @ZT it got shocking. It was once a mecca for real individuals who were trying to do something a bit different and became a one stop shop for cyber kids to buy everything flashing, overpriced and poorly made.

@VaperCaper, one of the last places I played with the Tidy Boys I did over an hour before them and got the place bouncing (po na na in Hull IIRC) and they came on after me, I had been juggling 3 decks and giving it the beans.

They came in and setup recording equipment, banged in a CD which played for about 5 minutes with premixed intro 'this is the TidyBoys guff' and then the set was much the same afterwards for the whole time - a total swizz IMO when they were charging the rates they did. Afterwards they released a CD which I can't remember the name of but right at the beginning you hear the announcement "that was Leigh Godson... And this.. Is.. The Tidy Boys!" Mixed live my arse.
