Review My, oh My, oh Myepack, oh why?

I placed an order yesterday with myepack and was utterly disappointed to receive my items approximately 23 hours later.. this after taking the time and trouble to select the free postage option.

Clearly, this is nowhere near good enough and I think it must surely be possible to get my items to me within an hour of ordering, hand delivered on a velvet cushion.

Imagine my dismay when I opened the package to discover that ALL of the items I ordered had been dispatched, packaged with care and were all fully functional.

Clearly, this is totally unacceptable and I think a full refund, a 100% discount code and having Ash doing my ironing for a month is the only way to compensate.





Joking aside, another excellent performance by Myepack, very happy with the speedy (and also free) delivery.

I think it speaks volumes that I'm just as impressed with my 25th order as I was with my first.

You forgot to add that Ash should parade up and down his local high street beating himself with nettles and wearing a sign decrying his deplarable lack of customer service...

I'd definetly write a stern letter of complaint a full refund, vouchers, freebies, ironing, self inflicted nettleishness, embarrassment and public humiliation should then follow!

On a more positive note at least you got your stuff in the end even if you had to wait 23hrs. You won't belive this but I once had to wait 24hrs for a myepack delivery.... absolutely disgusting lool

They do this all the time, despite me always selecting the slowest shipping option my purchases show up mere hours after ordering them!

I keep going back because of the infuriatingly cheap prices...

Yeah Ash and the guys are bloody diabolical. I ordered some 18650 Samsungs on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 but didn't get them until 8:30 the following day. Just bloody awful. I hoped they would courier them as soon as I placed the order because as a vendor that is their responsibility no?

Recently I placed an order it arrived I believe in 20 hours I discovered a problem sent back same day. A replacement arrived two days after the original order. Now I'm suspicious that ash is in cahoots with FT with these ridiculous posting times [emoji14] if Amazon can do drone deliveries... Just saying [emoji1]

I'm going to order some stuff from Myepack tomorrow, Imagine my surprise when my order arrived today a full 24 hours before I even ordered it, and there was twice as much stuff in the package as I intended to order....Not only that but I received a refund of twice as much postage back as I intended to pay......


And you try to tell the young people of today......And they wont believe you.....
