Well I'm going to have to contradict you all, my experience with them is as follows.

I have never placed an order with them and I'm still waiting for delivery, I havent emailed/called/telegraphed/pigeoned them several times now and alas no response, this is very disappointing and for this reason its a big thumbs down.

I have no recollection of ever ordering from myepack,I think it's disgusting that Ash hasn't sent me a reminder along with a 1000000000% refund for anything I might have ordered along with his credit card details so I can buy something.

Yesterday my subtank insulator did the famous trick of turning into blancmange so I emailed myepack immediately.

Can you believe it took over 5 mins for Ash to reply? That's 5 mins of my time! Jeez! And on top of that he just said he'd send a repair kit out immediately. Didn't even try to argue. Free of charge too. But no courier service so I had to wait 'til this morning for it to drop through the letter box - I mean, seriously, that's err... a whopping 15 hours from meltdown to up and vaping again. Beggars belief! Do people really think this is service?
