I know, it's big enough to be a bottom feeder with 6 batteries... Well, it ain't! It's a FT vomo with a single 18650!ImageUploadedByPlanet of the Vapes1404090717.180572.jpgImageUploadedByPlanet of the Vapes1404090745.212661.jpg

Yeah, I know. It's BIG. And unfinished. But today was the first day I had to play in a long time. Got all this junk together this afternoon..

A hing? I've not seen that before, I like it. Take a look for jewelry box hinges at the wood working stores, you might find something a little more svelte for your next one;)

It's what was in the garage. This was a bit of an unplanned build. All done with what I had on a Sunday afternoon. And I like the hinge, because its a bit too much. I'm an artist first, this modding thing, I appreciate. But you'll never see a small aircraft aluminum milled dna30 with whatever's outta me! I keep it junky. Can't help it. Im really surprised I didn't include a small bone

Being a guy that's built plenty of things from a box full of nothing, I admire others that can do the same.

Hope no offense was taken from my earlier comment, none was intended.

I like the hinge but the screws look like they need cutting off.

Good job as always.

I like that
Man size mod
And the hinge
And it won't fall over
:) nice

Thanks, guys! Here's some updates. Put it together fast, slow finishing it up.
Bolts have been ground down and magnets added to door. The magnets are mounted on golf tees. A solution to a problem I was happy with, because it worked well, and because I am not a golfer, but happened to have some tees for some unknown reason.
After the board is secured a bit inside, I think I'll call it done.
Oh yeah, I tidied up the wires a bit too, not that you could see before.
And thanks seedy! "Rat mod" is the kinda comment that makes me know I'm doing it right! Ha ha!
