n00b help please!

Hello all,

I bought my first egic a while back but I'm having trouble adjusting to it. I find the vapour to be very hot and dry - it catches my throat, makes me sneeze, and after a few good huffs, my lungs protest and I start coughing!

Obviously not good!

I bought the intro-vision basic kit from vapescape along with 2 24mg vials of e-liquid. Is it just that the nicotine content is too high? What should I do?

Is the liquid pg based or vg? Some people have reactions to one or the other. I find pg harsh and has a drying effect on my throat

Thanks, the website says its a 70/30 PG/VG Mix. Whats the difference between PG and VG?

Try this one here too although you migh want to get a cuppa and make yourself comfortable before you get stuck in. There might be something here that sounds familiar
