take the entire thing apart. Seperate the tubes first and GET THE BATTERY OUT. Dont play around with batteries, seriously dont put your L-ION battery in the freezer. It can damage its cells and still cause it to vent. That whole thing about storing batts in the freezer to prolong their lives is BS


My OH's did the same thing, he lost the PIN in the switch which prevents this from happening, I can see in your pic that pin is there on the side, but I am assuming this happened cause the pin wasnt in place correctly?

Do what jester said. After getting KFL off you need screwdriver on centre pin to release pressure, but if I were him I'd bin it. Exactly the Same happened to mine and I was advised to bin it by a few people as its not safe. Hasn't happened with my other (genuine) nemesis' and that's not saying all clones are bad as my mates are great. Just some clones are better than others.
This is just my experience and the advice I received.

Oh and it was shorting out everything that was put on top for the few days before it happened.

dont freeze lithium batteries and as others have said get the tank off and then release the pressure with the top pin and a flat screwdriver

Agree with above that turning the pos pin is the best way to go. Just to add that my brass ft nem clone gets stuck sometimes in 18650 mode. I grab the top and bottom tube sections and pull them apart with some force and turn them, this gets mine apart. Still, the top pin method is best.

Ok so I managed to take the kayfun off , I used one of those jar opener grips in it and came off, I guess juice leaked because there was juice on the bottom of the tank and top where the tank sits released the pin (that was a bit hard) now I have it all sorted one thing though how do you set it up for the battery ? You have to mess with both bottom and top pins?

Just to make it snug, dont forget to put the little pin back in with the brass bottom pin abd order some magnets to get rid of the spring
