Help I bought an ego-t 1100 vv battery, I have found that I can only use it on my ce4, when I put my pro tank 2 or my davide tank on it I have to suck like mad to get any vape, I contacted the seller and was told I needed to adjust the terminal? this is what I got back, is this right? Thanks :anyone::imstupid Fear not we shall get to the bottom of this. This battery should create SERIOUS vape. My first thought would be that the terminal is set to low on the battery and proper contact is not being made between the coil and the battery terminal. Please adjust the terminal on the battery with a tooth pick or similar to see if this eliminates the problem (terminals are meant to be adjustable)

sorry it has gone black the writing, I didn't realise until I posted it, I hope you can see the message I got back :5:

How to adjust the pin on an eGo.

When you say "I need to suck like mad" what do you mean exactly? If you're getting a vape then it might not be a poor terminal contact it might well be airflow or a head in it that's too high resistance.

Have you tried changing the power from the battery by twisting the twisty thing at the bottom? Does that make a difference?

I'd pull up the eGo pin a little (see vid) and make sure it's clean if that doesn't help try unscrewing the PT half a turn and see if that helps.

I'm reading that, as the PT and davide are working. But you are having to suck hard to get anything through.
If this is the case then the air holes in the tanks are being covered by the battery threading. Try unscrewing the tanks a little to the point of wobbly but still making contact with the battery post, and see if that helps.

Thanks I will try that, I am using my spinner at the moment and the other battery is charging so I will try it when it's charged :grin2:

How do I know if the head in my tank needs changing? I have been using the same one for nearly 3 weeks now but wasn't sure how long they should last, sorry for all of these questions, I'm still very novice when cleaning and changing things on the tank, thanks

There's no hard and fast rule on the head changing. Usually you know when it needs a clean or change.
I change out whenever something is not as it was. Normally it will give little to no vape, or tastes yuk or burnt.
A lot depends on the juice, how much use it's getting etc.
