Thing is I don't know if it's the nicotine i'm craving or the sensation of smoking

Could be either... or both... I think they're kind of related.

I started on 0mg nic and felt quite pleased with myself. Then i tried a mate's 12mg juice and the throat hit was amazing and I thought "man, this is where it's at!"

I think it would be the sensation of smoking after 4 years, altho my sister started after the shutdown just from boredom.

Get a bottle of wine...and some mnm's (or reeses pieces (they go better with wine in my opinion
