Anything you add to that will reduce the mg of nicotine per ml...

that "kit" is just everything separate , base vg/pg, then , however many shots to make up the strength, wouldn't recommend that route tbh

Yeh neither would I. Sorry wasn't sure what you recommended but I'm sure its similar to what I use. As that's the only way I can see to get a final product of 20mg/ml

When I make my ejuice I use eJuice Me Up. It is an ejuice calculator so all you have to do is punch in your numbers. Just do a search for "ejuice me up" and you will find it. I've used it for over 5 years and not had any problems. There are also some recipes available.
