A bit of a squeeze but I finally got it all in and working.
The mod is pretty small at 90mm x 38mm x 30mm so I couldn't fit an 18650 in with all the stuff I've got in there.
It has a USB charger, DIY circuit board with slide switch, tactile switch with cap, N-channel mosfet, led and a couple of resistors and an 18500 battery.
2 time around and it actually works
I hope you like it.
Circuit board with mosfet, switches and resistors. Not pretty but it works.
Holes cut out.
Stuff crammed in. Not the prettiest job but it was a squeeze.
USB charger.
Flush 510.
Switched on and ready to go.
Plugged in and charging
Will I do one this small again? I'm not sure as it was a pain to get it all in there.
Onto the next one which should be a big daddy with more power than I need
