Hello and welcome vickylouise, I'd recommend going to see Rob Walker at Vapour Generation, St Nicolas Market (Fridays and Saturdays). He's really helpful and you can try out the juices he sells to see if you like them.

What are you using at the moment? What juices have you tried?

Hy I'm using a vamo battery and kangar with Cuba juice it's what my partner set me up with he uses rob but I wanted advice from different people x ti see what's out there I've only been using for 3 days properly and used to smoke rolling tobacco finding it a bit hard at the moment so wondered if there's was any ex smokers out there with advice x cheers x

what settings have you got the vamo set @ . and what ohms is the clearo ? pg/vg ratio ? nic strength ? just might be a case of a little tweaking here and there ..

Hi vickylouise

As Blossom says, a visit to the try before you buy stall is a good place to start. I would add, take your vamo with you, and set it at 9watts. Then you can put the vendors clearos on your vamo, for a better idea of how it tastes. Rather than the fixed volt batteries they normally use. That way it won't matter what coil is in the vendors clearos either. I do it all the time.
Go for 18 or 24mg juice as well. And don't dismiss the straight fruit flavours, give them a try you never know.

And if you need a smoke, have a smoke. Took me 5 weeks to slowly switch over. Now in my 6th smoke free month, from 20+ a day for 35 years.

Thanks for all the hints and tips guys been very helpful and fair play anthonyb
