Thanks for all the welcomes everybody.

I am currently using an Endura T18 with 20mg nic salts. In the past I had managed to go for about 1 1/2 years with only vaping, was right down to 0mg and using a really good mod. For some reason it has been a lot harder to get back to it.

I have my actual switch day planned for This coming Sunday but just thought I would see how far I could get without actually smoking. I put the patch on when I went to bed on Tuesday night and that got my through the morning yesterday. I took it off at 4pm when I finished work and didn’t put another one on last night. I am still going without a smoke (in fact my cigarettes and lighter are currently in the car). Although I am vaping a lot more than I would like I am not chain vaping, but I am not forcing myself to be vape only at the minute. Personally, knowing that I can have a smoke if I really need one helps me deal with the transition. From Sunday that won’t be an option.

I am really looking forward to getting to know people and to pick up lots of useful hints, tips and advice from experienced vapers as I make the switch back to vaping full time.

Welcome to the Planet @Markmcc1980 . I won't lie and tell you it's easy to quit and quitting definatley depends on gear and juice and the right combinations are key to quitting also the type of vaping also added to the mix makes it a minefield. The guys on here will guide you in the best gear and juice to get. Ask anything as no question is stupid. Good Luck on quitting.
