New to this Forum and been vaping for 6 days now!

I contacted them before i posted here (emails only taken a min to type). Here i thought to let people know what happened, so they dont become shocked with there experience as i was after reading such good recommendations, but i see now why there is so many as the bad ones seem to be taken off.

any way im still waiting on their reply and il let everyone know what the solution was, if any.


p.s not nice to assume that i would spend £79 and rant on a forum before contacting the supplier.

Benefit of doubt as you are new to POTV.

the forum has rules that out of courtesy to the vendors and other members we expect people to read. We are aware most people dont and just type away....

The problems we face is you joined, said bad things about a vendor, in the wrong section and do not appear to have read the section on placing a negative review.

We do not 'delete' bad ones, merely as that you follow our rules: ie contact the vendor, try and resolve it, if no resolution within the timeframe set in our rules THEN place a negative review. Please feel free to view that section and see the reviews.

Its rude to come here, say things without giving the vendor time to resolve it amd have a bluey about having your post removed.

Apologies for assuming but when you said you'd opened it 10 mins ago and then you were on here complaining I'm sure you understand.
Regardless, atleast give him time to get back to you to resolve it. As Miss Pepper says there are rules about this sort of thing but it's like the endless long ts&cs, most of us skip by them and dive on in, we all do it.

I'm sure Vapercaper will be able to sort this to mutual satisfaction though, I genuinely have had nothing but excellent service from there and I'm confident it can be resolved.
 
Hey sassy i got a reply back from them. Long story short they offered to exchange it :)
