Hi Angryoldgigun Lol, Thanks 4 weeks today !! Can't believe it myself!! Think vaping got a lot to be thankfully for and I've got plenty more energy than I ever had smoking all that carbon minoxide shit!! Vaping's become my new hobby! Got a Evod today and loving the white look! Stuck on the menthol and tobacco so far but lot's to try yet. Would love a Itaste mod but that can wait till next week perhaps then a might have a go at diy liquid but got a lot of research to do before attempting that.

Hello, Thankyou Sooty keep going !! The first 5 day's the hardest that's good, you will feel much healthier for it. No getting on much with the strong flavours !! Coconut, ry4 or latest pistachio nut they bit like perfume and give me a bit of a sore throat!! Menthol and double menthol my all day vape and normal tobacco quite good, got another tobacco steeping to try yet but don't know what that be like. Still learning by trial and error and hopefully bring nicotine levels down gradually and eventually stop the nicotine !! Lol I've still got a lot to learn about mod's etc but will investigate!! Hope you all good )x

Aww thanks Huggett yeah got my RY4 from ezee-quit and they say 50% more flavour so maybe its just to strong flavouring for me that one ! Have ordered my DIY stuff!! Figured it can't be that hard to make a batch of my own !! Lol and with it being menthol should be easier perhaps I shall dilute some of the ry4 that I already have with some unflavoured I think and that might be much more mellow perhaps, I'm hoping anyway !! Hope your good )x

I started vapeing yesterday for the 1st time, all i got to vape is vanilla mint and also banana (which is'nt that great) and i find that i am prefering to vape than have a ciggy, i was on around anywhere from 20 to 40 roll ups a day and yesterday i had 3 and to be honest its not been 24hrs that i've had my itaste and i'm already not wanting to smoke a ciggy and don't even want one either, did'nt think it would be this easy
