to give an idea which may help beginners to ecigs all i can do is post my journey in simplest possible terms

started vaping back in may 2013
my first kit was a pair of basic Ego 800 MAH batteries with 1 charger and 2 ce4 clearmizers
doing some research i found ce4;s would last 3-4 weeks before needing replacing so purchased a couple more and a repairable ce5 ( same as ce4 but the bottom of the tank unscrews and you can replace the inside coil bit ).
also some spare coils for it were included
had one of my ego batteries stop working due to centre pin problem so purchased an upgrade ego C which has a usb port on the bottom ( better for charging.

added a few more ce5's to the collection about a month later
i was now also beginning to try different flavours and so looked around for a bigger battery device and larger tank

upgraded to a kamry x6. basically like a bigger chunkier ego but with a 1300mah battery and 3 modes of power ( voltage )
this was about 2 months into my vaping experience

decided it was time for bigger tank so went for the vivi nova and some spare coils.

another month later added a second tank, a puritank. rarely used the egos now other than when the x6 was charging.

another month or two on wanted to go forwards. got myself a Variable voltage vamo and battery but within a week decided i wanted to go mechanical so gave the vamo away and was given a mech.

this brings me up to around 6-8 weeks ago when i then moved forward from the vivi nova and puritank and wanted to try building so went for an RSST genesis style rebuildable tank as it seems the easiest , was a very good price and popular.

and onto now.
i still have the mech and have added a couple of drippers to the kit.

so my kit to date over 6 months has been
2 egos, 1 ego c, 1 x6, one Variable volatge, 1 mechanical, several ce4's several ce5's and replacement coils, 1 vivi nova, 1 puritank , 1 rsst and a couple of drippers.
i modded one of the egos into a Stand, and still ahve several ce5's and the x6 for emergency backup. also still have puritank, vivi nova, RSST and dripper.
really ive spent very little, the original kit cost me £40, the ego c upgrade was around £15, the x6 about £20, the variable voltage was most expensive buy at around £50, the vivi nova and putitank about £15 for the two, the RSST about £20, plus a mech i have that was £20, batteries and charger and the mesh, coil etc in 6 months vaping has cost me in hardware about £200. juices about £10-20 a month so thats say another £100. total cost £300. if i was smoking it would have cost me £6 -6.50x 7 days= say £45 for arguments sake a week thats £180 a month x 6 thats £1080. a saving of £780

so thats my vape journey to date.

And Mawsley - your comment hit a note - I have two bikes in the garage, neither are working at the moment!!

I wouldn't expect anything less from Guzzis ;)

Had an EV then a Vintage - both spent twice as ling in the workshop than on the road.

the best way to try out new juices and see what you like is to go to a B&M shop. There is just no substitute for trying before you buy. Once you've found a few juices from there that you like then it's easier to pick out some of the other popular flavours that are online that are similar.

Welcome to the Planet! :welcome2:

Can I just clarify that when VC says B&M it means bricks and mortar, not the B&M shops you can get in the town centre that sell all your housey bits etc, they don't sell ecigs!

I mentioned on another forum I went to my local B&M shop and 3 people went to their local B&M home stores looking for juice, oops!

Gotta be honest there Sassy, when I was new 4-5months ago, I was on their webby looking when I first saw b&m mentioned.

Ours sells cigalikes though I've not tried them yet:)
