Hi Everyone,

I've been vaping for a while on an SXK 70W Rev 4 clone, which I'm sure is heresy as far as all of you are concerned!

I'd like to get an official BB, but always seem to miss when the sales go online on their website! What do you guys think about the Rev 4 vs. Rev 3.a & earlier billet boxes? I'd love to get my hands on one of the earlier models, I think the looks of those boxes were much cooler. However I don't think I'm allowed to post in the classified forums yet (or even view them!)

It would be interesting to hear some discussion about the various models strengths/weaknesses & preferences of everyone here!

i cant understand why they havent put usb on gen ones yet
a dna xhip without escribe is a bit of a waste hence i gor the sxk with dna

How are you finding the eco with USB? I’ve been looking at buying one, but I don’t know what I’d change with the USB accessibility.

I know it allows for escribe, but I’ve never used that so I don’t know what I would change!

tbh once you have set it up the way you want it you dont mess with it much
but you can add wire profiles that arnt on it for a start
you all so have 6 different modes that you can set uo so you flick from one mode for one tank and a different one for a tank with diff settings
or for eg 1st mode can be for mtl with no pre heat 13 watts in ss316L and 2nd can be for dtl with a 1sec blast of 60 watt preheat and 40 watts in ss304 and 3rd mode could be 30 watts with no tc

i like fused clapon wire and yep there is a profile for that but its not put on the dna as standard and if any other wonder wire comes out having the usb makes it a 2 min job to put it on

i never got on with tc till i tried a dna and the 1st one i got just worked after many years of trying and ending up sulking lol

ive had the sxb usb ver since it came out and havent had any probs with it and it has been bounced off the floor a few times
im not able to fork out for the real one and live(im married lol)and it would get damaged because i dont look after ecigs

I follow you, interesting that you found such a big difference from one chip to the other. What was different between the two in terms of vape produced? More consistent temperature, dry hits with SXK?

I can definitely see the advantages of having the USB port built in. I like a bit of soldering as much as the next guy, but to have it all contained is much better. It sounds very convenient to be able to update it as you were describing as well.

Billet boxes are definitely durable, fhat’s for sure!

the amount of vape produced is down to your build as well as the flavor but the dna do seem to give a nice smooth vape so it do add to the vape being nice
tbh temp control is just posh wattage that shouldn't burn your wick when you empty the tank and wont give you any more cloud or flavor if anything it might give you less if your build isn't up to speck
if everything is set right then you dont get a dry hit with a dna just less and less vapor
