Hmm...sometimes cigs craving is coming. I vape 7mg nicotine. What should i do...go for 8mg or higher ?
My setup is Aspire 3 MTL with 0.70ohm coil. I make my own liquids 70%VG.

Probably worth trying higher.
I started at 18mg and worked down from that.
Keep at it.
It is worth it in the end
