Newbie Alert!!!!

Hey everyone,

My name is Dave and I'm an alc...... Oh hang on am I in the wrong meeting???? lol

My name is dave and Ive been vaping now for about 8 months give or take.

I have really started to get into it now. I started off using a ce4 as a way to quit smoking but now that has changed and I'm not quitting im just using an e-cig instead. I've not touched tobacco for a good long time now and feel pretty good about it.

I don't say I've quit smoking just changed my delivery method...... How may others out there are the same?? or is it just me on me tod. lol

Anyways ill leave ya in peace now and go off to post my next 9 posts so I can use all the forums.

I went with that title as I am new to the forum and still pretty new to vaping. Still getting used to the lingo and what bits are called and how to do things.

I dont mind the smoking word, smokers have been demonized for far to long to deny it.


But it is prudent to point out the only similarities between smoking and vaping is Nicotine and exhalation of what appears to be smoke.... Aside from those two things, all comparisons really do end there

Dave! Congrats on making the switch! You're in good company here!

As with yourself, myself and a LOT of other around use vaping as an alternative nicotine delivery method rather than a means to 'quit'. And loving every minute of it!

This is a very good point and they can do one if ya ask me.

Id love to know what the figures are for people dieing from the use of ecigs compared to tobacco and id even include accident related deaths from people doing things like licking battery's while charging in that lol
