Newbie "burnt taste" / Leaking / Supplier question

One of the things that could cause problems with the Protank is drawing on it too hard, the harder youinhale the more juice it tries to suck up, if your voltage is too low you'll just flood it as it can't vapourise the juice fast enough. Check that all the airholes are clear both on the tank and coil, and that the centre well of the battery is clean and dry, then set to about 3.8 to 4 volts and take a long slow gentle draw of about 4 or 5 seconds, that should get you the right amount of vapour vs juice flow...

PROTANK PROBLEM SOLVED!

Dismantled and noticed the coil are seemed a "tad" empty compared to my other coils.

So i cut some of the wick from a spare coil for my vivi nova and stuffed it in there!

Presto! no more wet draws and still the best draw of all my tanks :)

Still no answers on the burnt taste or alternative suppliers tho :(

Burnt taste is usually from not getting enough juice to the coils - opposite of the flooding, suppliers are easy - Go to the discounts page or the marketplace loads on there, but it would help to know exactly what you want - Juices?, spares, Mods etc...

SO you simply suggest I use a lower Voltage?

What does everyone else use?

I had a look around the marketplace and discount codes but there are just far too many.
Looking for HIGH QUALITY e-liquid would greatly appreciate some suggestions.

Many thanks

Hi ctof86

You are welcome to pop into our place in the Forge shopping centre Tues-Sun and and try out some other flavours before you commit to purchasing other liquids. It can become a pretty expensive trial and error experience to find something that suits.

Our guys there will be happy to help you out with your gear too so that you can get the best from it.

Top juice makes currently in use by forum members would be: Vaping King, Mrs Lords, Kraken Ecigs (Squid ink, Dire Wolf, Minion Farts, Red Lady etc), Steamgunk, Chefs vapour, T-Max snake oil, to name just a few - take a look at the reviews section - Most of the gear on the site is quality gear and certainly the vendors like Emporium vapours are extremely helpful - Take them up on their offer, they'll run through stuff with you and give you a chance to taste juices before you buy.

If you want advice on actual juices to buy then let us know what you're looking for (Fruity, dessert, coffee, tobacco) and we'll chip in with suggestions, but some top choices are...
Snake oil from T-max; Squid ink, Red lady, Dire Wolf, Dodging Strawberry, Minion Farts & Kingslayer from Kraken E-Cigs; Marmalade, Druide, Kendal mint cake from Mrs Lords; Kings Custard from Vaping king;

Notice you bought your starter kit on vapourized. Are you in the Edinburgh area? If so give emporium vapour a try they do some excellent juices. They have a few shops in Scotland a market stall and you can also order from their website.
