I started dropping down because I was getting head spins after a few vapes. I still buy all my juices at 6mg but dropped down to 3.6mg in my home brews. I enjoy vaping so, for me, a lower nic level means I can vape for longer.

I am a 36mg vaping gal.. I have no intention of dropping at present but will as and when.. but is positive for those who wish to do so

Well, nikki from mars , there's no rush. It's taken me well over three years to get comfy with less than 36mg, and I wouldn't hesitate to vape at 36 again, if my cravings desired. I don't buy premade liquids these days, but if I did, you can bet it would be at 30+ mg. Lowering nic isn't something I really think about and i'll never set targets or goals.

I have gone from 24 to 9mg over about 1.5 years I will stay at 9 I thinks

When i first started i used 36mg nic but that's because i was tight and wanted to get my monies worth out of a bottle now vaping 18mg now i mix my own.
