On the nic level some vendors will do custom nic levels, I have dropped from 18mg to 6 over about a month or so in drops or 2mgs a time ..... And I was a big time chain smoker due to working in mental health. No escape from the mental health to be fair as if I'm not at work I'm here :-P now I'm a chain vapor
