Nicotine advice

In regards to juices, as far as my understanding goes.... More VG = more flavourful liquid and thicker liquid/clouds - DTL focussed, more PG = thinner liquid and more throat hit(ex-smokers might prefer this) - MTL focussed, and 50/50 making for a nice middle ground that works nicely in either MTL or DTL setups.

I have a strong preference for MTL(my setup is geared for that), i've been vaping 70 and 80 VG happily on my kit (Siren 2 RTA). The wick and coil has a shorter runtime/lifespan as a result(i'm a heavy puffer), but the cost of those is negligible in an RTA, i can still get at least a week of use before needing to rebuild.

My mistake. Seems a little odd that all the low nic flavours and shortfills are VG heavy if PG carries flavour better, are clouds really that important for vapers? I've been loving the flavours on the 80 or 70 VG liquids i've been vaping, definitely seems more flavour rich than the 70PG juices i'm use to(in fairness those are generally higher nic which could play some part i guess).

To be honest though, i'm still finding my feet with juices and learning the differences on a personal experience front.

PG and VG are just carriers for nicotine and flavourings.
Generally VG on its own is too thick and PG is too thin.
Vape juice is made with a ballance of the two with differing vg/pg ratios designed for different styles of vaping.
@zouzounaki is right.

MTL is my pref, but i'm loving my high VGs at the moment, prety sure 80VG is a bit much for the siren(still vapes, open up AFC control more), however, the 70VG from rejuiced i'm blasting right now is vaping a treat. I'm building my coils lower for the higher VG so i can increase the heat(watts) to make sure the juice is getting the heat it needs, but the 80VG definitely gunks up the build more than i'd like. With the cost of the coils/cotton though, i can afford to rebuild the tank all year if needed.

What is it that you like about the high vg liquid over , say , 50/50 @Lung Redemption ? As soon as I tried 50/50 I never went back to 70/30. It just works much better for me.

Most shortfills i have an interest in(flavour wise and in general) seem to be geared toward higher VG(either 70 or 80) and i have thoroughly enjoyed most of the high VG liquids i've tried so far(flavours are yummy), Raspberry Sherbet was especially delicious, just a shame about the price. Got an order in with Rejuiced again at the weekend as they have some really affordable pricing on their liquids, 210ml of liquid in total for £22 or so, grabbed a bunch of different flavours to test out and i really appreciate the 50% deals they have each week. Before i started on shortfills(and higher VG liquid) i was buying 6x10ml high PG liquid bundles for £18 from the local supplier.

I'd like to stick with shortfills where possible if i can(for both cost and the convenience of not uisng those stupid 10ml bottles), it's a real shame many shortfills don't have an equivalent 10ml sample version available, it makes trying anything somewhat of a gamble, bless rejuiced for being so affordable.

I definitely miss the higher PG, but still have my old pen stick running 12 or 18mg PG liquids from my old supply for a quick fix, when i feel the need.

Why not add 100% PG shots to your short fills so it won't end up with such high VG content [emoji6]

if you like your shortfills then check out Vape Potions where you can get 200ml for around the £20 mark or even cheaper on some imports. find them on post 1 here POTV Vendors & Recommended E Liquid Suppliers

Depends what the given supplier offers, i'd certainly opt for PG heavy nic shots if that's an option where and when i order, if you mean pure PG(non-nic shots), there's no space by the time i've added the nic shot.

I'll check it out, thanks, still remains the issue of not knowing whether i like the liquids they offer, thus a gamble purchase.
