No need for ultrasonic just shake till its clear, vg looks sort of stringy as you add pg or water to it but it mixes together very quickly.
If you use the ejuicemeup calculator theres an option to add water/alcohol so you dont need to premix it but I find it handy having a larger bottle premade.

Ok, all that makes sense. I'll likely be measuring by volume rather than weight so it sounds like PG definitely will be preferable.

Any good recommendations for AVG suppliers? I was going to get stuff from Darkstar but they only do VG.

NO!

Distilled RO is NOT the same and the chemical process it goes thru the RO process will taste well nasty :-)

Good man .. also please note Distilled NOT "DI" water (which if you use an RO machine I'm sure you will be familiar with)
