I could argue that it's not helping me in the slightest as I've even had days where I'm lost when out walking the dog on the estate,or forgotten my own name.I blame all the bloody painkillers I've been swallowing for the last 20 odd years for my shafted brain cell I shouldn't mock though as Alzheimers disease is a distinctly unpleasant way to depart this life.
