Nicotine

phillyg15 you don't need a confirmation email.. paypal acts as your confirmation if the company won't honour that as no email then that doesn't show them in a good light. .. i would contact them about this and ask paypal for a refund if necessary. ..

File a PayPal complaint against them. Paypal should find in your favour because they are selling things not as advertised and shouldn't be using PayPal for vape related stuff...
Don't give up on diy because of one sucky company. We can all provide you with good vendors. I use darkstar and vapable for my nic vg and pg, vapable, jv247 and alc cupboard for my concentrates. Myepack for hardware.

I didn't really want to complain because I thought I would get hell on here. but dont think I can take the risk with nicotine so Looks like am going to have to throw 4 x 30ml bottles of juice away and try again next month , I was buzzing thinking it would be cheaper an it's just worked out to be a loss , I've just emailed them saying am throwing the nicotine away and my batch of liquid because really I do not no wot strength it is , GUTTED !! , THANKYOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR ADVICE .

phillyg15 ... don't throw things away till refund is issued... and then.. right... what strength were you aiming for and flavouring. .. it may be that someone who vapes the highest strength it would work out to could still vape it... maybe a newer user

Risk what exactly? Don't chuck liquid away.. There's nothing wrong with it. 72mg is just a stronger form, meaning you're using less, then 52mg. You still get the same results lol.

Open a PayPal dispute against them. You shouldn't have to send back that bottle, it's their mistake. Use it and demand a full refund, or the correct item, simple.

Vape inc said they couldn't give me a refund that's why in the end I just said send me a bottle of concentrate out making up to the £4 refund , I never even got an email when I purchased the nicotine and I thought that was odd , I've mixed 70VG with 30PG 5 NIC , WITH EITHER 7.2MG OR 5.4MG

How do I no its 5.4mg if it says 7.2 on the box and 5.4 on the bottle and I ordered 7.2 in the 1st place ?

Forget about what they say, for all you know, you've been sent the wrong product. PayPal dispute is your only option if you want a refund. Yes you can still use the product, but it's their mistake and it's not what you paid for.

I've just checked out their site, they've discontinued 54mg.. ''We have discontinued 54mg Nicotine Base as the 72mg is better value for money''.

So in my eyes, you've received one of the last batch of 54mg. Maybe it fell into the 72mg section by mistake and they didn't realize, I don't know. No way do I believe that they've got labels mixed up, if they did, then Vape Inc should no longer be selling e-liquid products.

What size bottles are you mixing, and what nicotine (mg) do you wish the achieve?

phillyg15 so.. risk would be true for someone who uses lower strength. .. if you know someone with the higher strength tolerance then may suit them or not.. but not risk to them.. go by that and dilute down further would still be usable. . May be less strong than you want may not... but would still not be a risk...
