Nightmare week help!

Hi everyone, had a bad week last week so i was wondering if anyone can help. My vtr stopped working and there's a burning smell coming from inside does anyone know of any mod repairers? Think it might be the circuit and to top that I dropped my nemesis and the firing switch won't catch onto the threads so I was wondering if anyone knew of any nemesis spares?

How long have you had the vtr? And was it a UK purchase? (warranty) .

Hi thanks for the reply didn't see it in my notifications, I've had it since Christmas i was going to use the warranty but I cut the rings of so I could use my Russian on it so I think it's void now. I can still smell burning from my vtr.

i'd still contact the vendor and see if anything can be done

The vendor I bought it from said unfortunately because it's been modded there's not much they can do, might have an electrician take a look at the circuit board and see if we can bring it back to life.

what does the burning smell smell like?

If its a hospital smell its a diode, If its a revolting smell its a capacitor and if its a hot smell its more than likely a short.

do you have access to a multi meter?

Oh it's a hospital and burning smell I opened it up today here's a pic of the damage think I might have to order a new one

You could?

I had the Russian on it just before it broke and I noticed that when I let go of the fire button it carried on burning until I pressed it again. I think the ten second vape time thing failed on me I can't think of anything else. The Russians centre pin was loose when I pulled it off could that have done anything?
