Have you tried any yet stealthvape? I reckon my coils only last about 3 days, always think I'll just try that wire Had a go with the titanium last night, wasn't going too bad then gave it a bit too much wattage "pop". Can't get rid of the hotspot between wick and coil

I used it all day yesterday and it's just like kanthal really. No hot spots although I was lazy and put it on a well seasoned wick.

It's a chunk of raw niobium, mad looking stuff isn't it

No plans to get any just yet, I was lucky to be able to get what I did. I've shmoozed them into sending ribbon kanthal next month and don't want to rock the boat as their minimum order quantity is normally for industrial amounts like by the container

Well been having a play today with the aga-t, Tried a U wick with 0.15 kanthal, 2 single wicks with 0.15 kanthal and now back to 1 wick with the niobium 0.25. Have to say i've noticed the opposite from the titanium with the Niobium. Ohms seem to drop. Got the first coil wound at 1.4, chain vaping and it had cut out as the ohms had dropped to 1. second attempt got the coil at 1.8 ohms and after a vape it drops to 1.4 ohms. So if your using it on a device with a cut off like the Vamo beware not to drop the ohms to low on initial winding
