Non E-cigs.

I've been having these non electronic cigs ads popping up in advertisements on FB...

...And just wondering wtf they are. Anyone know anything about them?
All I can make out is that they are expensive fidget toys, crossed with a flavoured airfreshner (like menthol filters for the rollies), on a very expensive subscription/refil model.

I dont actually want one, I'm just curious about them.

I know a couple of guys that have used them or similar to replicate the hand to mouth action and stop them from snacking after they had dropped to zero nic. I think they have a place, but I can’t see them as a tobacco quitting tool, but if you are transitioning away after already removing the nicotine.
