It can, same as the DNA200. One of the USA vendors put on their site it'd only fire down to .2 and others followed suit in their descriptions . Wrong.
It'll go all the way down to .05 I believe. What's he getting?

He wants the Lost Vape Theoran DNA... now hes set on the 200 as he is under the impression the 250 wont fire low..
I found him a 250 last night and he wouldn't pull the trigger because it stated 0.2 ohms lowest

Ok, just checked the evolv forum- it was vaping360 on their review that said it'd only go to .2, that's where the vendors got it from.
