Well ordered my uprade mod, it came as a kit, minus 1 item.... in all fairness the company did say in the paperwork, (invoice), that the missing item would be sent when further stock was available. I have since received the item.

Today I received my first ever order of juice carried out over the internet, 2x30 ml bottles, and guess what, invoice shows 2, delivered parcel shows 1, go figures.

Both the companies I mentioned above are members on this forum and will remain un-named, hoping my second problem is sorted out quickly, but I'm not a fan of receiving a parcel without giving my signature, you lose the ability to check the contents and prove there's been an oversight from the vendor.
Anyway rant over, I'm off for a good vape.
 
Theres always going to be times when vendors cant be perfect for one reason or another. I am sure you contacted them? And they will sort you out quickly.

Ive never had an issue with a vendor in the 2 years I have been vaping, small hiccups but never ever something that was an epic fail or wasnt sorted as fast as a cow can fart :P
 
it happens buddy as long as its sorted though i wouldnt worry too much to get two at once going bad thats bad luck

Yes, thanks.... I know things sometimes don't pan out as they should, but just think how the vendor is going to feel tomorrow when he or she opens their emails....I hate being in a position of them thinking his he trying it on. I think if I buy from this vendor again, I will ask do they do a signature required service, at least I get a choice of rejecting the goods if the contents are not the same as the invoice.

Hang in there mate, it's probably a genuine mistake. Vaping is a competitive market so it's not worth a vendor trying to skank you. I'm sure all will be remedied when they get your Email.

If it's any consolation, I've been waiting 2½ weeks for a concentrates + other stuff delivery, turns out it got lost but the vendor sent a new one immediately after I emailed them. Was expecting the replacement to arrive today and came home to the dreaded red card. Looks like Saturday before I'll get my hands on it.
 
Yeh I can understand that, but you can't deal with that problem (how they think or feel about your email) until that problem arises. All being well this issue will be sorted easily, and just as by rectifying the situation will hopefully restore your faith in the vendor, your future custom will establish that you weren't trying it on.
 
Yes thanks Lisa, I'm sure most people looking at this thread will understand I'm not pointing a finger at the vendor... Its just as you state, its an awful position to be in.
I may never have to purchase my juice over the internet again from this vendor, but on this occasion, I always use this vendors juices, the shop I go to ran out of 30 ml bottles, leading me to use the internet.

Trouble with the signed for option is that you sign for the item, then open it to check contents & if anything is missing it's too late to reject the package, so not that helpful for seeing missing bits :-(
