Well, the second column is the percentage of those minority groups. So only .8 percent of however many asians there r have been jabbed, while 87 percent of the white population has been jabbed.If that low number just so happened to be the amount in percent of those ethnicities in proportion of the key groups to be vaccinated then it's just suggesting something that doesn't exist.
