Don't know if anyone caught the Today program this morning. There was the old main science guy for the government drug administration committee on there, he was looking for backers for his plans to bring about alcohol free drunk-ness...basically a drug that you can drink that doesn't give you a hangover, but does make you drunk! "Great," I hear you say, "but what has this got to do with ecigs?"...well, he compares the drug to the revolution going on with ecigs at the minute, saying it could be as revolutionary.
Not a direct ecig article, and not even much of a comment at all, BUT it is an offhand acceptance of ecigs as a positive alternative to smoking, and these little throwaway comments from major scientists are almost as effective as out n out programs devoted to the positives. Small dripfeeds of acceptance are vital as it embeds itself into the consciousness of people. This is one of those.
