NS Modz - Poor service

Sorry to report I've had a very rude/unprofessional experience with these guys lately.

Never posted a negative review of a company before... ordered from them before no problem but this time, after enquiring about where some bits, that were ordered on December 19th, paying next day special delivery are or would be dispatched received a rude reply and a refund/order cancelled when not requested.

They said that things weren't posted because of the recent strikes (after being asked/not being notified) and I said that even so, other things have been getting through hence paying for postage that was more cost than the order itself. (7.95 for a letter) asked for a refund on the postage difference and was met with this as a reply.....

Bare in mind I asked for the postage difference to be refunded... not order cancelled. Very poor service and will not receive a penny more from me.

They've sent the refunded for the whole thing and cancelled my order mate- not that I requested it. Night and day attitude compared to a small business like ODB who have 10/10 customer service IME.

I thought they had kept the postage.

I had a similar rude response from coolvape on aliexpress.

I informed them that they had sent something the wrong colour.

They not only canceled a few small orders I had they then decided that they suddenly didn't ship to my location anymore.

I guess that'll teach me for trying to get a clone top cap to fit on an authentic rda.

On a separate unrelated note since you mentioned odb, how much p+p do they charge you?

Shame to hear mate, we just take our money elsewhere and spread the word i dont see the point in being asses about it. I made an ODB order today actually 3 of the new pouches and two keyrings was £9 postage for express mate which i think was the only option. Top top guys over there

I was going to link you to the pouches in case you hadn't seen them lol.

I think it's because of my remote location but I keep getting charged £12+ for postage from odb

I had thar when I asked were my order was. all I got was to wait which I did and it never turned up so got aliexpress involved and got refunded a week or so later and it wasn't the first time with that coolvape store there useless.


never used ns modz and never would just don't see the point in trusting company who treat customers that way
