I'm pretty new to coil building, done a few single strand simple coils for my Kanger Toptank mini RBA deck.
I've just bought a Wotofo Troll V2 and thought I'd get some pre-built fused Clapton coils to use in it. On the website that I bought them and the container I received them in it says they should be 0.45 ohm. When I installed one of them onto the troll I got a reading of ~0.7 ohms, for 2 I am sitting at around 0.36.
Does this sound correct to you? when they state the ohm rating, should they be 0.45 ohms each coil, or 0.45 ohms per pair?
the coils I bought are 2 x 28g A1 Kanthal wrapped with 32g A1 Kanthal.
Any help would be appreciated.
