Thanks AnnaLaw as it happens the 18mg content is working for me 100% I have still got my one stinker in its packet and there it will stay as it happens I have also found that inhaling via the side of my mouth helps too dont ask me why, as I say a good day and got the flavour back which I am very happy to have
