I started off with an ego battery with a ce4 plonked on top filled with Virginia ejuice to replicate smoking until I felt comfortable vaping. I now only vape the virginia on odd occasions and tend to vape sweet flavours. I quit tobacco smoking in the middle of the day on the 17th October 2012 and haven't looked back! Is there any advice where I can purchase one of these types in the UK? Also..I'm still puzzled by all the liquid/cartomiser/battery business. I don't quite understand. Sorry to be dense - I'm new

Hiya and welcome! Don't be afraid to ask anything here. Vaping can seem like learning a new language at first but you'll soon get the hang of it. Also don't write off al the crazy flavours. Once you've got th basics then I'd try and experiment. There are some amazing flavours out there and you might be pleasantly surprised! You will also find your taste buds will change, especially in the first month or so. Most importantly though-enjoy it

and this brand has been recommended by a few of you but I can't find it in the marketplace to buy? Do these kits usually come with everything I need - including liquid? I usually consider my self to be a fairly smart cookie but vaping has got me beat - genuinely confused...still...thanks for all your help though guys - don't give up on me yet
