Next i'm thinking i want to try out some shortfills but i cannot see myself needing some juice quite yet, collected my last order from the supplier but still shipped the order to us (staff member i spoke to obviously forgot to mark it shipped - did not get charged twice), whilst lobbing in a bunch of free bottles because of a big delay and some issues with their shipping labels(RM couldn't deliver because the label was unreadable). Paid for 6x10ml bottles(bundle purchase), ended up with 17 or so.

Will probably try to swing into Vapouriz (i get all my juice from them, have liked all their juices to different degrees - the few other brands i tried didn't compare) at some point as both their store and warehouse are in the next town over, hopefully i'll be able to try out some juices they sell in shortfills. Pretty certain i could happily vape at 6mg now, the step down to 12mg from 18mg was easy enough at the 6 month point(18mg was becoming really harsh it was a welcome switch) and i've already finished a bottle of 6mg juice that came with the order mentioned above. The only thing i noticed when stepping down before(and i'm sure it'll be the same again) is that my initial vape usage goes up, but that tends to settle down after a few weeks having adjusted to the new nic strength.

Aside from juices i will likely start eyeing up a second tank, maybe a cheap clone to experiment with or another authentic(berserker or galaxies maybe). Cannot think of anything else i need or want at this point, except maybe a few different drip tips but it seems wasteful making an order just for those, so i'll likely consider it when i have a reason to order something more substantial.

Fasttech is great for cheap drip tips, and with free shipping it doesn't matter how little the order is. So long as you don't mind waiting

I'm not in any hurry to build up the vaping collection just yet as i'm settling in with the new mod/tank still, but i'll certainly be thinking about some additions when approaching christmas and dropping hints on what i might appreciate as a chrimbo present to my nearest and dearest, hehe. Really appreciating the runtime on the batteries with this mod(mostly just let it sit in standby), i have only lost a bar on the charge today, i'm usually charging twice a day minimum on the old pen(partly because it rarely got a full charge as a result of my impatience). I am going through my juice like a monster though and might have to sit on 12mg for a bit longer until i can temper my usage some more, it's so yummy.

And still no leaks yet, have refilled(topped up is more accurate) at least 3 times now and no sign of liquid making it's way out of the air holes or at the seams(reading bad experiences, it was always a concern).

One week update: (since i put together the new kit) I'm absolutely in love with the new setup, had a brief moment today where flavour came off a bit muted and had a slight worry i'd killed off the coil or wick, but a rejuice later and it's back to regular programming.

Going to let the juice run dry after this fill and switch onto 27ga Kanthal (currently on 28ga as mentioned earlier) and see how i get on with the build. Included coils with the tank are 26ga, so i'll step down onto those(without having to spend any wire) after a stint with the 27. Have moved my shoddy camera work onto the PC and will upload everything i have unto imgur once i pick out the best images(i tried to keep them as clean as possible, but this really isn't my wheelhouse). Immensely happy with the tank, mod and the performance of the batteries(1 set of 30Q and 1 set of 25R) so far, all around top notch kit.

Now i find myself wanting to think about a second tank for juice and/or coil rotation.

I cannot fault any item i've received, absolutely thrilled with all the kit so far.

I'm still around and have been vaping 3mg 80/20 VG/PG liquids i received free as consolation gift when i had some issues receiving one of my eliquid orders, running with 26ga @ however many wraps to come out to 1.1 ohms with a 4m ID (i figure thicker wicking for thicker liquids) over the last week, Double Drip Raspberry Sherbet & Twisted Icecream and Pocket Fuel Blue Raspberry. Pretty sure the coil is on it's last breath at this point but that's not bad going for a non sub-ohm build when the liquids all state "sub-ohm only". I've been running my old pen on 18mg(old bottle that needed using up anyway) on the side to curb my need for a stronger hit and urge to vape more.

I know it's been a while since i updated, but still rocking along and happy to report that whilst the Siren does need AFC opening up(bit harsh and toasty otherwise) with the higher VG liquids i've used and the coils or wick will probably need replacing sooner, it has managed. I almost waited to get another tank just for those liquids, instead i'm now thinking of buying more, the Raspberry Sherbet was especially tasty(although frankly they've all been nice).

I think it best to have a second tank..or third and forth oh and the fifth..
I always have a couple on the go..same tank innokin ares but different juice in each..
One I keep as a main stay the other gets juice rotated etc and used for all those jobs you can do as you have another tank..

The Ares looks pretty similar to the Siren with the genesis style design(as far as i can tell anyway), what juices have you been vaping? (and at what nic strength) Mostly curious about the kind of juices you're vaping, high PG vs high VG.

I'm planning on more tanks down the line(might even try a few cheap clones, save some pennies), but part of me is now worried i won't find something i'm as equally happy with as the Siren 2. It's also pretty frustrating i'll have to order from overseas again, damn TPD nonsense, 2ml is just too little for my liking(my basic starter pen holds 1.6ml, it's a piddly amount).
