Ouch and double ouch, I managed to get myself a second hand svd today, but I am totally confused by what I should be setting it at? I have found the instructions online, but cant find any basic settings explained.. Can anyone help me please :(

What settings do you want -

To turn on press the square button three times quickly ..

For wattage press and hold the square button and the + key for three seconds and it will go to wattage mode - Press + or - to adjust wattage..

For voltage press and hold the square button and the - key for three seconds and it will go to voltage mode - press + or - to adjust voltage...

To lock the voltage or wattage in place press and hold + & - for 5 seconds - Do the same to unlock

Hold the + & - for two seconds and it'll display the Ohms of the atomizer connected

Press the square to fire the atomizer --- That's the main functions of the device and are all on the instructions lol

Those would be helpful if it was an MVP2, admittedly it's mostly the button shape and how long you press for but still...

You have the instruction book but want guidance on what settings to use?
OK, forget the Voltage setting, all you need is the power setting, start at 7 or 8 watts, if it seems to cold or weak go up a watt at a time if it seems hot or you get a burnt taste go down a watt at a time, the exact setting will depend on many things including your own taste but 7 or 8 watts is a good starting point for most people.

Quick instructions - big button 3 times is on or off, Press both small buttons together and hold 5 secs to lock or unlock, both small buttons for short time will show coil resistance, small + button and big button selects power mode, small - button and big button selects voltage mode little buttons on their own are up and down or if locked press and hold one to show current setting then battery voltage...

You can trust me on this - I checked them on MY SVD as I was typing...

Thanks guys, I was chatting to SouthernVaper and he put me right... I have the online instructions, but being new to the 'darkside' I couldn't work out if I had to alter both the wattage and the voltage!!! But its all good now :)
