I'm hoping something is being done. Ignoring customers with genuine issues is not a great way to run a business.Maybe the battery experts Fogstar and Mooch should be forwarded a copy of that video to see what they think ?
Customer services have now accused me of breaking the battery door .... and offered me $8 in store credit ........
They annotated my original picture, showing how high the battery sits, and highlighted where the finish has been rubbed by the struggle to get the door on, as below, ....and said 'the door has been broken by you'.Unbelievable!
