Out of date juices?

Well, i'm nt too bothered about the nicotine 'wearing off' over time, as i'm currently vaping 6mgs, and hoping to reduce this down to 3mgs in time. So if the nic isn't as strong in a year or two..then nay bother.

Just wondering if i should 'decant' my stock, into a glass bottle perhaps, as i don't know if the plastic bottles will leach into the juices over time, or is this not issue either?
Ive done this with my nic but not ready made juices.
Ive got juice in the freezer ive had in there in plastic bottles for over two years and like i said it comes out as fresh as it went in.

Hm... There is still some debate over the plastic leaching issue. Some say yes, some say no. Plastic takes decades to degrade (If not longer!) So for me.. I don't worry too much about it but I do get where those who do are coming from.

I prefer glass bottles as find them slightly more resilient and less prone to leaking. If I had 6 10ml bottles of identical juice and identical nic strengths that I wasn't planning on using for a while, I'd probably switch into a larger glass bottle, mainly to reduce space taken up!

Personally I ignore the sell by dates. I've yet to try a liquid that was spoiled by being too old.

The nicotine will degrade over time so what was once 3mg maybe 2.5mg or lower depending on how old it is.

I've tried a custard liquid that had been rolling around in @Huggett car boot since 2015, it was bloody lovely! Bit like a aged Scotch though, had to be savoured being that old!

I liked that example - like fine wines, 2017 was a good year, but think the 2016 was a more fruitier vintage
anyway as this pic only gets used once a year I'll try & squeeze another use out of it.....

There is that too Chris! 150 3 x 10mls packs, is going to take up a hella lot of space in a freezer! As for plastic leaching, i've taken to the habit of not cooking anything in a microwave or conventional oven, that's in a plastic tray, like ready meals (i do cook...sometimes!), as the action of heating plastic up, can cause chemicals to leach into the food. Same goes for pop drinks, as there has been some debate, as to whether the plastic does leach or not, but it's not very clear. Freezing plastic however, may not be an issue.

I think, for peace of mind, glass bottles would be the way to go. Anybody know what the glass ejuice bottles are called? I haven't really looked into getting any before. Any brands better than others? I'll need those with the pipette extractors (or whatever they're called!) in the tops, thanks!

Don't bother with ones with pipettes , just get normal child resistant caps on the bottles and a syringe off eBay or Amazon. The pipettes never reach down to bottom of the bottle and are a pain , also freezing the rubber nipple thing on the cap won't do it any good.

You just reminded me.... I saved this to see if I could work out what was in the recipe after it'd aged a bit. Still smells amazing... Not too far off what it tastes like new :D

Good point bergkamp, so any screw top glass bottle will do, in that case.

Ah well... seems i'm worrying 'bout nufink then, if 4 year old juice is still hitting the mark, after all this time! :D

Easy answer - vape more/bigger clouds

(says the bloke who has a vast stash of DIY ingredients now for the next 5 years or so)

It'll depend on each individual juice. Look here for instance. TFA lists every component of their flavour concentrates. Some juices might contain 10 or more flavours, a massive list in some juices.. all which could go bad over time.

Click on the "List" tab next to each flavour.
